ist seit acht Jahren auf dem Zen-Weg und nimmt regelmäßig an Zen Leadership Seminaren und traditionellen Zen Sesshins teil.

Seit sieben Jahren nutzt er in seiner Firmenzendo Zen Meditation als erfolgreichen Weg der Prävention.

Michael Neuber ist Arbeitsmediziner, Allgemeinmediziner und Betriebsarzt des Westdeutschen Rundfunks und beschäftigt sich mit den Wechselwirkungen zwischen Arbeit und Gesundheit.

Schwerpunkt ist hierbei der angemessene Umgang mit Stress und die Prävention psychomentaler und psychosomatischer Erkrankungen.
